
Join us at Kempton Steam Museum for a 1920s evening of traditional live jazz and steam from 6:30 to 10:30pm. Enjoy a glass of fizz and soak up the glitz and glamour of the roaring twenties inside our spectacular engine house. See the museum lit up in a range of colours and while a way the hours to the sounds of the 20s and 30s from a live jazz quintet.
Take advantage of a £25 ‘Early Bird’ ticket if you book before the 8/3/2023. Tickets booked after this date will cost £30.
Tickets for include a drink, alcoholic or soft on arrival and a buffet. If you have any special dietary requirements, please email [email protected].
We intend to run the Sir William Prescott engine during the evening and will operate a bar selling alcoholic and soft drinks (a challenge 25 policy will be in operation). A jazz quintet will play a range of traditional jazz from the 1920s up to the big bands of the 1940s throughout the evening. See our gallery page for images of our past jazz evenings.
Public transport options are detailed on our website. https://kemptonsteam.org/visit-us/find-us/ The site road gate will remain open and patrolled during the evening, allowing taxis and private vehicles onto site. Please note that the roads and paths towards the museum are unlit.

The museum is now fully accessible from the ground to the main floor via a lift.
We will always endeavour to run the engine on the published dates but as with any machine approaching 100 years old, mechanical failure can occasionally occur. Please check our website prior to visiting.
